Since 2018 she has been running private practice in Russia and Europe and is the founder of Smart Recruitment Search agency.

For more than 12 years, Yulia has been involved in operational management of projects of varying complexity in HoReCa on a 7/0 basis in Moscow, creating and building the strongest possible teams. It was working in the field that helped her learn and refine all of the tools that really work in talent management and building effective teams.
In 2009 Julia graduated from the Department of Economics and Management of KSTEI. Her clients are individuals from the top ten of the Russian Forbes, television and production media holding Krasny Kvadrat, British School of Art & Design, Moscow TsUM, Mercury Co. and many others.
